What our staff are saying.

When I was hired as an infant teacher 3 years ago, I gained a sense of purpose and a family. I love that I have been given the opportunity to do what I love everyday! I enjoy walking into work knowing I have great coworkers and an awesome administration team that genuinely cares about me and my well-being.

Terry Alaniz, Infant Room Teacher, Employed Since 2017

Working for LeafSpring for almost 7 years has been a lot of fun! Not only has the staff seen my children grow up, but I have also gotten the privilege of seeing my students grow up from babies to now school aged kids! Coming to work every day knowing that I get to help little ones hit milestones they will build on is a great feeling. I love my LeafSpring family!

Pricilla Perez, Infant Room Teacher, Employed Since 2013

If you want to change the world, start at LeafSpring by changing the lives of children. Working with children is not always sunshine and rainbows, there are challenging moments, but seeing the difference you make to a child makes all the hard work worth it. Every day at LeafSpring you will laugh, feel loved, know you have purpose and become part of a family. Besides, where else can get paid to dress up like a storybook character or play with play dough?

Leslie Schmidt, Yellow Room Teacher, Employed Since 2009

Working for LeafSpring School has been an amazing experience for me.  I always saw myself in education in some capacity but LeafSpring helped me realize that my passion was and always be Early Childhood education.  I love the positive atmosphere and the ability for new opportunities to better myself, I am proud and happy to be part of the LeafSpring family!

Sara Lawson, Dir. of Preschool Curriculum, Employed Since 2015
